ITAR Statement

Forza Silicon complies with ITAR regulations and is in the process of becoming registered with the U.S. Department of State. ITAR policies are intended to ensure that delivery of U.S. military defense-related product, services, and related technical information only be shared with US persons.

Incorporated into Forza’s Quality Management System are policies and procedures to implement all the critical aspects of ITAR compliance as determined by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls of the U.S. Department of State. Our well-documented ITAR process includes:
